Accommodation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to room availability.
If you plan to arrive early, please inform us in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made.
Transportation between the accommodation and the venue must be arranged by the participants.
The accommodation fee is ₹250 per person, and food is not included.
